    What You’ll Learn:

    Why therapists love Mian Shenti

Mian Shenti is a complete, head‑to‑toe ritual that works across the physical, energetic and subtle bodies to encourage ease and balance. You’ll learn how to blend:

    • Crystal & Chakra Ritual (Indian origin): gentle placement and clockwise activation to open and harmonise energy centres.

    • Vagus Nerve Pathway Massage: light, nurturing strokes to help downshift the stress response.

    • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) (French origin): delicate, directional pumping to “clear the pipes” and support fluid flow.

    • Meridian Gua Sha (Traditional Chinese Medicine): slow, one‑direction strokes with a steel tool along key arm, leg, and back meridians.

    • Slow Effleurage (Swedish origin): soothing glides to integrate and settle the whole system.

You’ll leave with a repeatable sequence, confident touch, and clear client‑care guidance.

The ritual — at a glance

    • Settle & Crystal Placement — open each chakra with a clockwise circle, then place the corresponding crystal.

    • Vagus Nerve Sequence — neck to sternum, chest circles, abdominal clockwise circles; repeat in soothing sets.

    • MLD: Arms & Legs — sub‑clavicular/axillary and inguinal “pump & clear,” then directional, rhythmic strokes.

    • Meridian Gua Sha — gentle, one‑direction passes along Lung, Large Intestine, Heart, Pericardium, Triple Burner; Spleen, Stomach, Liver, Gallbladder; and Bladder lines on the back.

    • Integrative Effleurage — slow finishing strokes to calm and complete.
