Complete all 11 Therapy Business Blueprint steps and the agreed implementation activities, keeping your Implementation Tracker up to date. If, by the end of the programme, you cannot evidence meaningful progress in at least six of the 11 business areas, we will provide a further three months of group implementation support, with one clinic per week, at no additional charge.

Assessment Principles
- Record your starting point: briefly describe what was already in place before each module.
- Agree relevant activities: existing systems can be improved or tested; they do not need to be rebuilt.
- For businesses preparing to launch: a completed, tested process ready for use can count where there are no clients yet.
- Count each area once: several improvements within one area count as progress in that area.
- Provide proportionate evidence: links, screenshots, completed worksheets or short records are sufficient; exclude identifiable client information.
