Therapy Business Blueprint Terms and Conditions
January 2027 founding cohort
Programme dates: 19 January to 14 July 2027. Materials access ends 18 January 2028. Draft version 0.1 dated 7 October 2026.
We aim to provide a professional, enjoyable and supportive learning experience. These terms explain your booking, programme access and support, and what happens if plans change. Please read them before booking and keep a copy.
1 Who provides the programme
Your contract is with HBNT Group Ltd, trading as Phoenix Holistic & Complementary Therapy Training, with learning and support delivered by the Therapy Business mentors through the Therapy Learning Hub. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to HBNT Group Ltd.
Registered office: Warleggan, 14 Canuden Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 2SX. Company registration number: 05141701. Booking, cancellation and complaints email: hello@phoenixhbnt.co.uk. Privacy Notice:
2 Booking and payment
The founding-cohort fee is £295 in total. Your place is confirmed when we accept your booking, receive payment or approve the payment arrangement shown at checkout, and send a confirmation email. The terms and programme description provided at booking form part of your agreement.
Places are allocated in booking order, with a maximum of 20 participants. Klarna is available only if displayed at checkout and is subject to its approval and separate payment terms. A payment arrangement does not change the total programme fee or your rights under these terms.
3 Minimum participant numbers
The programme requires at least six paid participants. Decision date: 5th January 2027, 14 days before the start. If the minimum is not reached and we postpone or cancel, you may choose a full refund or an offered alternative date or course. You do not have to accept a transfer or credit. We will notify you by email as soon as the decision is made.
4 What your booking includes
The programme covers all 11 Therapy Business Blueprint modules. Each module has one teaching week followed by one implementation week, giving 22 core weeks, followed by four catch-up weeks with group support and a closing review.
Weekly sessions are offered on Tuesdays from 9.30 to 11.00am and Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.00pm, UK local time, including the seasonal clock change. Tuesday sessions begin on 19 January and Wednesday sessions on 20 January 2027. The final sessions are 13 and 14 July 2027.
You may attend either or both session times. Teaching content is repeated at each option; clinics respond to the questions and work brought by those attending. The published timetable currently contains no additional breaks. Please check the full timetable before booking.
Your fee includes implementation activities, an Implementation Tracker, a dedicated online community and available session recordings. Individual mentoring is not included. Optional one-to-one sessions are separately booked and charged. Joining PPP Growth Hub is optional and requires a separate agreement; this programme does not automatically enrol you.
5 Welcome activity and materials access
A short welcome reflection may be supplied after booking. Its format will be explained in your confirmation. Receiving or completing this welcome activity does not remove the initial 14-day cancellation option described in section 7.
Main module materials are released in line with the programme timetable. Available recordings and learning materials remain accessible until 18 January 2028. Routine live cohort support ends on 14 July 2027, apart from an approved guarantee extension. Community access remains available until 18 January 2028. Routine mentor responses in the community end on 14 July 2027, except where additional support is provided under the guarantee.
6 Online attendance and recordings
You need a suitable device, reliable internet connection and access to the stated online platforms. Please contact us before booking about accessibility requirements so we can discuss suitable arrangements. Report access problems promptly using the contact email.
If you miss a session, use the available recording and materials to catch up. A missed session does not automatically entitle you to an additional private session. If a recording fails, we will provide suitable replacement learning material or arrange an alternative learning opportunity.
Sessions may be recorded for access by enrolled participants, and contributions may appear in those recordings. We will explain recording arrangements before the session. You may keep your camera off and contact us to arrange another way to ask a sensitive question. Recordings will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission. Please do not share identifiable client information.
7 Initial cancellation period
We offer all participants 14 days after the booking contract is made to cancel without giving a reason and receive a full refund. Tell us by email or post before that period ends. You may use the cancellation form at the end of this document, but any clear cancellation statement is sufficient.
We will refund payments within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, normally by the original payment method, without an administration fee. Welcome reflection access does not affect this option.
For bookings made shortly before the start, we will agree any early supply arrangements separately and explain applicable rights before you agree. Accessing a recording does not automatically remove cancellation rights for the whole live programme. Nothing in these terms restricts statutory cancellation rights that apply to your booking.
8 Cancellation after the initial period
Your booking reserves a place on the complete Therapy Business Blueprint cohort programme. Please consider the timetable and the commitment involved before booking.
After the initial cancellation period described in section 7, we do not offer an automatic refund for a change of mind, withdrawal or inability to attend.
If you need to cancel, please notify us promptly by email. We will assess any refund taking into account services already supplied and reasonable losses directly resulting from your cancellation, including relevant costs and lost income. We will take reasonable steps to reduce those losses, including offering your place to another suitable participant where practicable. Any amount retained will account for costs saved and replacement bookings, and we will explain how it has been calculated.
Before the programme starts, you may nominate a suitable replacement participant, subject to our agreement and their acceptance of these terms. A transfer to a future cohort may also be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.
Missing individual sessions does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Available recordings and learning materials remain accessible for the agreed access period.
Nothing in this section limits your applicable statutory rights or your rights if we cancel or fail to provide the programme as agreed.
9 Changes or cancellation by us
If we cancel the programme before it starts, we will offer a full refund or an optional transfer. If we cannot deliver the remainder after it starts, we will offer a suitable alternative by agreement or refund the undelivered part, without limiting any further rights you may have.
If illness or a technical problem affects an individual session, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a replacement. We will not make a material change to the dates, content or support without explaining it and discussing a suitable solution. If a material change substantially affects your participation and you do not accept it, we will offer an appropriate refund for the undelivered part, without limiting your statutory rights.
10 Put It Into Practice Guarantee
Complete all 11 Blueprint steps and the agreed implementation activities, keeping your Implementation Tracker up to date. If, by the end of the programme including the four catch-up weeks, you cannot evidence meaningful progress in at least six of the 11 business areas, we will provide three additional months of group implementation support, with one clinic per week, at no additional charge.
The guarantee provides extra group support. It does not promise a particular income, number of clients or fee refund. It is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace remedies for failure to supply the programme as agreed.
Completion means engaging with each module through live teaching or its recording, completing the agreed tasks and recording actions and outcomes in the Tracker. Meaningful progress means a practical improvement relative to your starting point; watching a lesson or ticking a box alone is not sufficient. Suitable tasks can be agreed for a business that has not yet started trading.
Examples include putting a revised pricing calculation into use, publishing an improved landing page, establishing a working email sign-up process, or introducing a review-request process. Meaningful progress is assessed using the accompanying Put It Into Practice Guarantee evidence criteria and assessment principles supplied with these terms.
Email us within 30 days of the programme ending, by 13 August 2027, with your completed Tracker and relevant evidence. Do not include identifiable client information. We will acknowledge your request and explain any further evidence needed.
We will acknowledge your request within five working days and provide a decision within 14 working days of receiving your completed Tracker and supporting evidence. If we need further information, we will explain what is required and when you can expect a decision.
If your request is approved, your three-month support extension will begin with the first extension clinic offered to you. We will confirm its start and end dates in writing. Clinics will take place once a week on either Tuesdays from 9.30 to 11.00 am or Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.00 pm, UK local time, to be agreed in advance.
If we cancel a clinic because of a holiday, illness or another disruption, we will arrange a replacement and extend the support period where necessary. Available clinic recordings will remain accessible until 18 January 2028, or the end of your extension if later.
If your request is declined, we will explain why. You may ask us to reconsider within 14 days, providing any clarification or additional evidence. We will respond within 14 working days.
The extension does not include private mentoring. It will be provided without requiring you to join PPP Growth Hub or make another purchase.
11 Community and learning materials
Please treat fellow participants respectfully and keep personal and business information shared in the group confidential. Do not share identifiable client records. We cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality, so use care when deciding what to disclose.
Your access is for your own learning and implementation in your business. You may use the supplied worksheets for that purpose. Do not share logins or redistribute, sell or teach our recordings and materials without written permission. Participants must not make their own recordings of sessions.
If behaviour creates a problem, we will explain the concern and normally allow you to resolve it. We may restrict access immediately where necessary to protect others from serious misconduct, reviewing the situation promptly. Any ending of access and refund will be assessed fairly against what has been supplied and applicable rights; fees are not automatically forfeited.
12 Applying the learning
We provide business education and implementation support. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking advice relevant to your own circumstances with an appropriate professional, including legal, accounting, insurance and regulatory matters. Business outcomes depend on your circumstances and actions.
We will provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits applicable statutory rights.
13 Privacy and complaints
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information, platform data and recordings. Please read it before booking. Marketing consent and permission to use testimonials or images publicly are requested separately from programme participation.
If you have a concern, contact the email in section 1 with your booking details and the outcome you seek. This complaints process does not prevent you from exercising legal rights.
14 These terms
Keep the version supplied at booking. Later changes will not reduce your agreed benefits or rights without your agreement. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction where applicable.
