Whether you are using room sprays, diffusers or products containing essential oils, it is important to understand the implications of how essential oils can affect your client and animals within the home.

In this workshop, we will introduce you to

• what essential oils actually are, where they come from & how they get into those tiny bottles
• 6 of the most useful essential oils, the safety precautions, contra-indications & storage
• ways to use essential oils at home for self-care and first aid
