In this workshop, we will be looking at the different ways in which your mindset can affect your learning journey and therapy practice – and not always in a good way! From meditation and mindfulness to affirmations and the laws of attraction, we will look at different techniques to help you replace negative or limiting traits with a positive mindset which can go on to benefit many areas of your business.

By the end of the day, we hope you can replace any self-doubt you may have with self-belief so you feel more confident starting out with your new career and business.
